A Phoenix native and graduate of Maryvale High School where he played football and ran track, Chad also served in the United States Army as a Military Police Officer earning the Air Assault designation.
He believes giving back to his community is important, and as a result, serves on the Board of Directors for Silent Witness spearheading many successful fundraisers throughout the valley.
Married with two sons, Chad is a huge ASU fan!
Chad is an active member of ASIS Chapter of Phoenix, APSPA, International Foundation for Protection Officers, InfraGard and Silent Witness.

Married with six children ranging in ages of 20 years to 16 months, John is originally from an area in northern Minnesota called the “Iron Range” where he grew up loving hockey. Although growing up he only played the sport on frozen ponds, his passion continues in the desert as he plays weekly in a men’s league for fun. He and his children are very active playing roller hockey and many other sports on a regular basis.

Upon leaving the Army, Ennio attended Southern Vermont College in the Criminal Justice Program while also employed by the Bennington County Sheriff’s Office. In late 1993 Ennio moved to Arizona becoming a Director of Security for a Radisson Resort. Shortly after, Ennio helped formed Veterans Security, now Vet-Sec Protection Agency.
Ennio takes great pride in his former and current role(s) within the company. Though the responsibilities and duties have changed throughout the years, the dedication it takes to be an active owner has remained the same.
Happily married, Ennio enjoys concert going with his beautiful wife, Jennifer, and spending quality time with the kids. Other interests include motorcycling, traveling, and yardwork.

In June of 2016, Amy was promoted to Director of Operations for Vet-Sec Protection Agency. She is tasked with not only ensuring the company is successful in all facets of business but also responsible for the development of Branch Relations and Client Relations.
Amy is originally from Montgomery, Alabama and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Auburn University. She has three dogs Bogey, Penny & Teah and loves spending time with them as much as possible. Whether it is the Atlanta Braves playing a baseball game or the Arizona Cardinals out at the University of Phoenix Stadium, she is passionate about all things sports!

BreAnna is originally from Salt Lake City, Utah and enjoys short trips back to the snow. BreAnna’s hobbies include playing softball, traveling and baseball games.

Thuy graduated from Arizona State University, where she received a degree in Business Administration in Finance. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking and practicing golf.

Jeremy joined the Vet-Sec Protection Agency team in May of 2020 as a Field Training Officer and worked his way through the ranks until taking over as the Branch Manager in September 2021. Jeremy has worked in a variety of positions to include an Advanced Emergency Medical Technician in a 911 response role, an ER Technician, Armed Hospital Security K9 Officer, Explosives K9 handler, Executive Protection Agent, and a Lead Supervisor setting up an armed Special Response Team on the Las Vegas Strip. Jeremy has also obtained an associated Degree in Firearm Technology (Gunsmithing) and a bachelor’s in emergency management along the way while continuing education to stay up to date on his certifications and instructorships.
In his spare time, Jeremy tries to spend as much time with his family and his 3 little girls. He also enjoys taking them shooting and teaching them to build things out of wood and metal while becoming self-reliant.


On a personal note, Sam is a Phoenix native born and raised. He graduated from Moon Valley High School “Go Rockets!” He spends his free time with his beautiful wife and daughter.

Jessica spent several years working for a local security company wherein she was promoted to Account Manager for a high volume, demanding contract. Ms. Palato’s management of this contract included but was not limited to leading and supervising a security team of 110 officers at several high profile sites and accounting for approximately 4000 work hours a week. In addition, Jessica has attended and designed numerous types of security related training that includes such topics as: Active Shooter “How to respond”, Dealing with Aggressive Behavior, Courthouse Security, Drug Identification Training and Use of Force.
Jessica is a true Tucson native-born and raised! She graduated from Cholla High School and enjoyed it so much; she is now a Coach for the Girls High School basketball team. Being from Tucson, Jessica is a serious University of Arizona fan. Just visit her office and you will see Jessica bleeds red and blue for the Wildcats!
