As one of the founding members, Chad Benham continues to be an integral part in the growth of the company since its inception. Through his professional reputation and relationships with other security professionals, Chad successfully developed Vet-Sec Protection Agency into a regional, multi-state service provider with a diverse line of service offerings.
A Phoenix native and graduate of Maryvale High School where he played football and ran track, Chad also served in the United States Army as a Military Police Officer earning the Air Assault designation.
He believes giving back to his community is important, and as a result, serves on the Board of Directors for Silent Witness spearheading many successful fundraisers throughout the valley.
Married with two sons, Chad is a huge ASU fan!

John BrandonPrincipal Owner
William “John” Brandon, co-founder, began his career by serving as a Military Police Officer in the United States Army. After completing his military service, he returned home to attend community college and run his family’s Christmas tree farm. In 1994, John relocated to Arizona and began a security company with the other founding members: Chad Benham and Ennio Canziani.
Married with six children ranging in ages of 20 years to 16 months, John is originally from an area in northern Minnesota called the “Iron Range” where he grew up loving hockey. Although growing up he only played the sport on frozen ponds, his passion continues in the desert as he plays weekly in a men’s league for fun. He and his children are very active playing roller hockey and many other sports on a regular basis.
Ennio Canziani Principal Owner
Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, co-founder Ennio M. Canziani enlisted in the U.S. Army as a Military Policeman upon graduation from high school in 1987. While stationed at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii, a friendship and bond was developed with fellow MP’s and co-‐founders, William Brandon and Chad Benham.
Upon leaving the Army, Ennio attended Southern Vermont College in the Criminal Justice Program while also employed by the Bennington County Sheriff’s Office. In late 1993 Ennio moved to Arizona becoming a Director of Security for a Radisson Resort. Shortly after, Ennio helped formed Veterans Security, now Vet-Sec Protection Agency.
Ennio takes great pride in his former and current role(s) within the company. Though the responsibilities and duties have changed throughout the years, the dedication it takes to be an active owner has remained the same.
Happily married, Ennio enjoys concert going with his beautiful wife, Jennifer, and spending quality time with the kids. Other interests include motorcycling, traveling, and yardwork.
Amy Naccari Director of Operations
Amy Naccari joined Vet-Sec Protection Agency in January of 2015 as the Business Development Manager. Prior to coming on board with Vet-Sec, Amy worked in numerous positions within the security industry over 5 years along with being an HOA Manager in Tucson, AZ. In the Business Development Position Amy specialized in working with current and prospective clients in finding the best security solution to not only fit within their budget but to also ensure the expected service standards are met. She successfully “re-branded” the company with marketing efforts in all four areas.
In June of 2016, Amy was promoted to Director of Operations for Vet-Sec Protection Agency. She is tasked with not only ensuring the company is successful in all facets of business but also responsible for the development of Branch Relations and Client Relations.
Amy is originally from Montgomery, Alabama and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Auburn University. She has three dogs Bogey, Penny & Teah and loves spending time with them as much as possible. Whether it is the Atlanta Braves playing a baseball game or the Arizona Cardinals out at the University of Phoenix Stadium, she is passionate about all things sports!

Tempe MillerDirector of Business Development
Tempe Miller is the Director of Business Development for Vet-Sec Protection Agency, joining the company in September of 2016. She has spent over 4 years in the security industry holding several different positions. As the Director of Business Development, Tempe is responsible for California, Nevada, and New Mexico. She is passionate about helping businesses, communities, and individuals find safety and security solutions and has a track record of implementing security programs while keeping within the budget.
Tempe is originally from Gillette, Wyoming but a long-time resident of Arizona. She lives there with her husband and their two boys; a 10-year-old, Cason and a 2-year-old, Tucker. When not at work, you will find Tempe spending time with friends and family, watching the Arizona Cardinals, or out serving the community.

In April of 2017, Thuy joined Vet-Sec Protection Agency, where she serves as Controller. She is responsible for all of the accounting activities within the company. With over 16 years of experience, she has worked at Peter Piper Pizza, Allied Waste Industries and Border Construction Specialties.
Thuy graduated from Arizona State University, where she received a degree in Business Administration in Finance. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking and practicing golf.
BreAnna ChandlerDirector of Human Resources
BreAnna Chandler joined the Vet-Sec Protection Agency team in June 2009 as an alarm dispatcher. BreAnna has worked her way up the ladder at Vet-Sec Protection Agency holding numerous positions to include Dispatch, Billing & Payroll Specialist and Human Resources. As of June 2017, BreAnna now holds the position of Director of Human Resources. BreAnna prides herself on her ability to work with and assist employees with their individual needs across all branches within the company.
BreAnna is originally from Salt Lake City, Utah and enjoys short trips back to the snow. BreAnna’s hobbies include playing softball, traveling and baseball games.
John Hurst Director of Technology
John Hurst joined the Vet-Sec Protection Agency team in December 2008 as an alarm response driver. John has held several positions with the company (Operations Manager and Branch Manager for the Las Vegas office), and he is currently the Director of Technology. John is a Marine Corps veteran. After receiving an honorable discharge, and prior to joining the company, John worked at several Silicon Valley startups, and he has extensive experience designing electronics and software, architecting and managing networks, and finding technology solutions for operational needs.
John grew up in Southern California and has a BSEE from the University of California, Irvine. He is a lifelong 49ers fan and enjoys watching the games with his beagle June and Monroe his Scarlet Macaw. John and his wife Julie enjoy wine tasting and spending time with friends. John also enjoys tinkering with his home network.
Vincent BealBranch Manager - Las Vegas
Vincent Beal became a member of the Vet-Sec Protection Agency team in November 2015 as the Branch Manager for the Las Vegas, Nevada office. Vincent has a diverse background in security through both military and civilian roles. He spent close to twelve years serving his country in U.S. Army as a Military Policeman in variety of positions. His various assignments took him all over the world and has broadened his knowledge in the security industry through a variety of different aspects and roles.
As a civilian, Vincent has served in the security industry as a close protection agent and Director of Operations, overseeing personal security details and security operations in various different vertical markets. The operations he managed spanned 3 states and produced upwards of 15,000 hours a week. Vincent also maintains both armed and unarmed security licenses and has been a Drug and Alcohol Testing Association Certified Professional Collector. Additionally, he helped co-author an online learning module on security operations in the gas and oil industry.
Vincent is originally from Pennsylvania and has an Associate’s Degree from Penn State University and a Bachelor of English Degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He is an avid runner and spends most, if not all of his free time with his beautiful wife and son.

Sharon CoxBranch Manager - Albuquerque
Sharon Cox joined the Vet-Sec Protection Agency team in June 2015 as the Office Manager for the Albuquerque Branch. Because Sharon dove right in to the security field she quickly learned the importance of knowing the local client base and how our Officers are the company’s greatest asset. In June of 2016, she was promoted to Branch Manager. Sharon holds the Leve III Guard Card Status currently. Her 10 years of experience in Management and over 24 years in the Education Field will allow Sharon to ensure the success of the Albuquerque Branch!
Sharon was born and raised in Los Lunas, New Mexico. She attended college at UNM and College of Santa Fe where she majored in Education and Math. Sharon is married and has four beautiful children. She has seven grandchildren that she loves to spoil. Sharon’s favorite thing to do with her time away from work is watch Green Bay Packers, fish, hike, check out water falls, and most of all, spend time with the family.

Sam FullamBranch Manager - Phoenix
In June 2010, Sam Fullam joined the Vet-Sec Protection Agency as an Alarm Dispatcher. Sam’s experience with the company includes a diverse number of positions: Security Officer, Supervisor, Guard Card Trainer, Lead Scheduler and Operations Manager. This experience allows him the ability to connect with each officer on a personal level and also see the bigger picture when it comes to the company. Sam received a promotion after much hard work and dedication. As of March 2016, Sam is the Phoenix Branch Manager. He will now oversee all operations with in the Valley of the Sun. Also, Sam is currently pursuing a degree in Business Management.
On a personal note, Sam is a Phoenix native born and raised. He graduated from Moon Valley High School “Go Rockets!” He spends his free time with his beautiful fiancé and taking care of his nieces and nephew.
Greg HedrickBranch Manager - California
Greg Hedrick has been brought on as the Branch Manager for the California market. Greg worked for Vet-Sec Protection Agency from 2009 through 2014 and started his career with the company as a Security Officer. Shortly after Greg started, he was promoted to Supervisor then Captain. As the Captain for a large account, Greg was responsible for managing the field operations and ensuring client satisfaction. Greg was an integral part of the management team that earned Vet-Sec Protection Agency the APS Supplier of the Year award in 2013.
He also has experience in scheduling Officers, hiring/staffing and client management. While working for the company, he represented Vet-Sec with the Arizona Association of Community Managers, serving on the AACM events committee for 2 years.
Greg is a Veteran of the U.S. Army serving in the Corps. of Engineers as a Cartographer.
In his spare time, Greg likes to play Baseball and is an avid sports fan.
Jessica PalatoBranch Manager - Tucson
Jessica Palato became a part of the Vet-Sec Protection Agency in April of 2015 as a Branch Manager in Tucson, Arizona. Ms. Palato has worked in the security industry for 10 years which includes numerous positions. While working in the industry, Jessica attended the University of Phoenix obtaining a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Criminal Justice.
Jessica spent several years working for a local security company wherein she was promoted to Account Manager for a high volume, demanding contract. Ms. Palato’s management of this contract included but was not limited to leading and supervising a security team of 110 officers at several high profile sites and accounting for approximately 4000 work hours a week. In addition, Jessica has attended and designed numerous types of security related training that includes such topics as: Active Shooter “How to respond”, Dealing with Aggressive Behavior, Courthouse Security, Drug Identification Training and Use of Force.
Jessica is a true Tucson native-born and raised! She graduated from Cholla High School and enjoyed it so much; she is now a Coach for the Girls High School basketball team. Being from Tucson, Jessica is a serious University of Arizona fan. Just visit her office and you will see Jessica bleeds red and blue for the Wildcats!
Jerald Thalison Mobile and Alarm Response Manager - Las Vegas
Jerald “JT” Thalison became a member of the Vet-Sec team in December 2014. JT has spent over 22 years in the United States Army and retired as an (E-8) Master Sergeant. He spent a portion of his military career attached to the 82nd Airborne Division. The highlight of his military career was writing the Training and Doctrine for Jungle Warfare School, Jungle Operations Training Center Ft. Sherman Panama.
JT has been in the contract security industry for over the past 9 years since he arrived to Las Vegas. He started in the security business in 2006 with Caesars Entertainment at Caesars Palace, since that time, JT has worked as an Account Manager for a large scale Home Owner’s Association, Operations Manager and now our Mobile and Alarm Response Manager in Las Vegas.
JT is originally from Ionia, Michigan and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Liberty University with a minor in Business Administration. JT’s hobbies are motorcycle riding, fishing, and hunting. Favorite sports teams are the Detroit Lions and of course the University of Michigan Football, the Wolverines! GO BLUE!
