Veterans Security develops Emergency Responder Coordinator for Tucson Electric Power

VetSec News

Veterans Security is proud to announce that we are adding Emergency Responder Coordinator to our service offerings. Several months ago Rich Hyatt, Director of Security for Tucson Electric Power, requested that we develop a position that not only fills the role as a physical security team member but also is versed in disaster preparedness, emergency medical response, and various other high level functions that are crucial to the department’s mission.

Chad Benham, founding member of Veterans Security stated “This is a great opportunity to show our customers the diversity of our expertise, and that we are not just your standard security provider.” Rich Hyatt, Director of Security for Tucson Electric Power stated “I presented them with a need, a void if you will, in our department that needed to be addressed. I met with their management team and relied on their expertise to fill this void. I could not be more impressed with the Emergency Responder Coordinator position that was developed. Veterans Security has now added value to my department, which is crucial when dealing with critical infrastructure.”
